Once again Christophe Decarnin gets it well and truly right. With Balmains’ classic military style and trademark shoulders once again the theme, this collections is clearly not suitable for the faint hearted. Super sexy and super tight leather trousers were a key look which will no doubt be copied by high street stores. Evening wear was heavily embellished with gold, gold and more gold whether it was with sequins, lurex or fringing, but each piece still remaining stylish and sexy. Waisted belts also made a regular appearance on each dress to add beautiful curves.
